Being a Mom often means we barely have time to take care of ourselves. We’re so busy taking care of others that we sometimes forget to make ourselves a nutritious lunch. So today, I’m sharing a very simple, delicious salad that you can prepare in just five minutes.
I typically keep tons of fresh vegetables in the house, but this salad in particular, utilizes ingredients that last a bit longer in the refrigerator or you can have stashed away in your pantry for when you need them.
- 2 stalks celery
- chopped walnuts or raw shelled sunflower seeds
- organic dried cranberries
- chicken or honey mesquite chicken (from the deli)
- Ken’s Chef’s Reserve Honey Balsamic dressing
