Imagine your ideal school fundraiser
Would it be…
- PROFITABLE, EDUCATIONAL & FUN
- TEACHES OUR KIDS LIFE SKILLS
- one where your SCHOOL HOLDS ONTO ABOUT 90-95% OF THE FUNDS raised
- one you’re able to PLAN and IMPLEMENT QUICKLY and EASILY
- one in which the STUDENTS WANT TO PARTICIPATE and ACTUALLY DO
- an event that MOTIVATES & EMPOWERS THE STUDENTS
- one that TEACHES THE STUDENTS THE VALUABLE LESSON of how students’ efforts directly affect the outcome
Does your school fundraiser look like this?
Or like this…
What if you could change the way your nonprofit raises funds…
That sounded ideal to me too. And that’s why I created this HUMANITY CHALLENGE fundraiser that challenges students to put down their phones, interact with their peers, and make human connections.
In this Challenge, we are teaching the kids to really notice one another and find common threads in order to build relationships that become life-long skills.
Imagine if we, as adults, learned these skills early in life.
Imagine how much easier speaking to others became.
Imagine the hundreds or thousands of more friends and business relationships we would have today – and not the online type. Instead, these are real, live human beings we can turn to for conversation, interaction, and support so we can feel connected, feel that we are significant in this world, feel certain about the future, and feel we are contributing and growing.
I imagined it and then created a program that has the potential to make it happen…

Designed to be highly profitable
My goal in designing this fundraiser was to create one where…
- I outline a plan for every group of 200 students in our school to raise $12,000 (400 students, $24,000; 600 students, $36,000, etc.). Yet the earning potential is unlimited!
- Expenses are expected and intended to be very low (photocopies/printing, small prizes $1 to $20, popsicles & pizza, etc.)
- Your organization would hold on to an estimated 90% or more of the funds donated.

What others are saying…
Since this a brand new program, I’m sharing testimonials from my Academic Spelling Challenge Fundraiser which is very similar. I look forward to adding more results.
A note from the editor…
Backed by over 20 years of marketing experience, my Humanity and Academic Challenge fundraisers are original fundraisers I designed from scratch. The Academic Spelling Challenge was implemented while my three kids were in elementary school. At that time, school fundraising organizations around the country reported raising several thousands of dollars for their students.
Effective marketing is about organization, motivation, and promotion. You see, you have to create an organized event with a purpose, be sure everyone knows about it, and excite and motivate people to get involved. It’s so much more than hanging a flyer around the school. I show you exactly how to do this!
As a marketing professional, these Humanity and Academic Spelling Challenge fundraisers came naturally to me and I plan to teach every PTO, PTA, and school fundraising group in the world how to do it!
Vicki, Entri Ways
Do you have a few questions?
How much can my school expect to raise?
I lay out a plan for your school group to raise $12,000 for every 200 students (400 student, $24,000; 600 students, $36,000). The Humanity Challenge has the same base as my Academic Challenge with new Challenge activities. Since the Humanity is a brand new program here’s the info from the Academic Spelling…
While we cannot guarantee results (legal disclaimer), I can tell you that the first time I ran my Academic Spelling Challenge at my children’s 200-student elementary school, we raised just over $13,000 and had expenses of around $300. And schools around the country have had similar results. Here are just a few::
- 900 students raised $47,194
- 160 students raised approximately $8,500
- 300 students raised approximately $5,000 (when they ran it for just 1 week instead of 2)
What expenses can I expect?
Your largest expense will be buying the Humanity Challenge program. Other than that you will purchase some small items for prizes ($1-20 each), planning (i.e. printing envelopes, pens, sign, craft pipecleaners, bagels, popsicles, pizza) In the guide, I’ve included a detailed list of the items I spent money on the year I ran an academic spelling challenge (a very similar program). And it is anticipated that your school would allow you to use their photocopier, so we are not including this as an expense.
How much time will volunteers invest each day during the Challenge?
The daily Challenge activities that take place in the student’s classrooms take about 15-20 minutes to complete each day. If you ask each volunteer to be responsible for 2 classrooms, they will commit approximately 45 minutes per day.
As the fundraiser Chairperson, you will likely also be at the school for an hour each day – making morning announcements, putting up decoration (signs, balloons), and making photocopies.
On the final Challenge day, your volunteers may want to plan 2 hours to calculate results and attend the Celebration !
How many pages of material are in this guide? How many videos?
Learn the way you absorb information best. Either read the ebook or watch/listen to the videos. Or, do both if you prefer.
The ebook training guide is 19 pages of concise detailed planning instructions.
There are about 25 short videos (averaging 3 to 8 minutes long) that walk you through the program outlined in the ebook, with a few extra tips here and there. These are easy to watch in a few hours – easily in a weekend.
The 43-page Appendix is filled with letters, scripts, promotional material, pledge form, signs, printable prizes, and more. Use them all or just a few.
Is there a shipping cost?
No. Since the guide is delivered to you electronically, there is no shipping fee.
When is the best time of year to run this type of fundraiser?
The Humanity Challenge and the Academic Challenge can be run any time during the school year. Early Fall is a great time of year to run these so you can plan to have it as the biggest fundraiser of the year. That way you can advertise that if you meet your fundraising goal, you will have fewer or no more fundraisers for the rest of the school year (like we did!). Late winter or early spring is also a great time to run these.
What is your return policy?
The Humanity Challenge is more than a fundraiser, it is a marketing program intended to help elementary schools to better plan, market, and implement most any elementary school fundraiser. For this reason and because it is a digital program to which you will receive immediate access, I offer a limited return policy.
I am confident that if you follow the program as outlined in the Humanity Challenge ebook and appendix, this fundraiser will result in profits many, many times over. However, if you follow all of the steps I have outlined in the program and your elementary school does not receive pledges equal to at least twice four times the cost you paid for the program, then you could request a refund of your purchase.
Request for refund must be made in writing to EntriWays [contact HERE] within 180 days of purchase. You will need to show proof that you ran the program as I’ve outlined with a minimum of 100 students and your results.
I want you to be successful when you run the Challenge and that’s why I’ve included two(2) 20-minute calls with me to get you started and answer your questions.
I encourage you to review the actual results from Academic Challenge (which has a similar base) results from elementary schools. And I can tell you that I was never asked for a refund from any school group that purchased it.
Can’t I just organize this fundraiser without your guide?
It’s possible to run a similar event, but it will never be the same. My Humanity Challenge fundraiser includes 100+ hours of planning, 20+ years of marketing experience, letters, templates, scripts, signs, prizes, prize ideas, calendars, and more. It’s basically a plug-and-play fundraiser where all of the planning has been done for you. But it’s more than that. The Humanity Challenge includes custom daily activities that can only be found in this program.
So, for a small investment compared to the potential thousands of dollars you could raise, why not bypass all of the legwork – I’ve already done it for you.
How long will I have access to the program?
I understand that new volunteers join your school fundraising group, so when you purchase the program at full price, you will have access to the program for six (6) months from the date of purchase. Each consecutive year, I am happy to offer your group the program at a discounted price in exchange for reporting back with your feedback and results.
I have other questions
Included is a ton of information in this guide. Probably more than you need. I literally spelled out the event step by step so it’s easy to follow, including daily calendars (one for your students and a more detailed calendar for your parent volunteers).

Should we connect as a group?
I am considering starting a Facebook group so I can offer even more support for this and other general fundraising support. We would have open and detailed discussions, guidance (from yours truly) on fundraising and marketing strategies, and would brainstorm together – because 2 heads (or in this case many) are always better than 1!. Send me an email if you think this group might interest you.
Tell me the legalities.
Entri Ways has provided you with ideas for planning an event. While this program provides you with a plan for 200 students to obtain $12,000 in pledges, actual amounts obtained by the students may be either more or less. While we believe this fundraiser to be very easy to organize and highly profitable, we must state that these are the opinions of Entri Ways and it’s publisher. We have tested this fundraiser as an academic spelling challenge and proven its potential; however, we must also state that dollar amounts and percentages are examples and estimates and are not guaranteed. Expenses are projected and intended to be minimal.
Still Have Questions Before You Buy?
Email me and we can schedule a 10 minute phone call. I’m happy to answer your questions because I 100% believe in my heart that this is an amazing program for both the students and the parent fundraising groups that will have positive lifelong effects.
