The policy below outlines our shipping and returns procedures and policies for Entri Ways products. In addition to EntriWays.com, these products may also be advertised on other sites such as Pinterest, eBay, Etsy, and social media sites, however this list may not be all-inclusive.
These policies may change from time to time. Any changes are noted by the revision date above.
Entri Ways sells both digital and physical products.

Digital Products
Entri Ways’ digital products may include ebooks, audio, and visual tutorial products. These products are sent to buyers via email in PDF or other digital form.
All digital products (to date) are written or recorded by Vicki Blazejowski of Entri Ways. I do my best to provide quality products with extensive amounts of information and accurate, detailed descriptions of each so you know exactly what you are purchasing.
Due to the nature of the digital products, we do not offer returns on our digital products unless otherwise stated on the specific product page.

Programs
Entri Ways’ programs may include ebooks, audio, visual, and live or recorded tutorial and training products. An example of an Entri Ways’ program is our Academic Challenge Fundraiser or our Humanity Challenge Fundraiser. Entri Ways may choose to offer a guarantee for these program products. If so, the guarantee will be clearly noted on the program’s sales page.
A guarantee on a program is intended to provide confidence in the buyer that I truly believe that if they implement my training program step-by-step, then they will achieve a profitable result, however the exact amount may different for each buyer. In order to be eligible for a refund on a program that offers a guarantee, a buyer must show proof that they have fully implemented the program as described and show a zero or negative net profit.

Physical Products
Most of Entri Ways’ physical products are hand-made and no two are exactly the same. I put much care and attention into any product offered for sale and do my best to provide an accurate description and detailed photos, including any imperfections, so you know exactly what you are purchasing.
Physical products are most often shipped via USPS Priority Mail should receive their items in 3-5 days from the time they are shipped. Most products are processed and shipped within 24 hours, however, please allow up to 48 hours.
We allow up to 30 days (from the postmarked shipping date) to return a physical product. Since most physical products are custom-made items, we ask that any returns must be in their new, original condition, free of any smoke odors.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for products not received back.
Once your product is received and inspected, if the product is in its original, new condition, we will either issue a refund (less any shipping costs) or provide a replacement (if requested and if available).
