Did you see that AMAZING Superbowl game last night? I think every New Englander will admit our Patriots were not themselves for three quarters of that game; but then they finally showed up in the fourth to come back and win it!
WAY TO GO PATS!
We may be celebrating all week here in New England, but it is Monday and we should get a little work done. At half speed maybe, but we’re back to work. So today I’m sharing a quick French table makeover.
These two French end tables started off with a brown stain. I then painted them hot pink with a white wash glaze thinking the feminine color would highlight those curvy legs.
That was several months ago and these pink beauties never sold. Never one to give up (just like the Pats), I’m trying a new approach. Last week I re-painted these french end tables a dark blue-gray with a white wash. Better. Don’t you think?!
The dark gray paint was a custom mix of a very dark gray and a bright cobalt blue. The final finish resembles brushed metal with a white wash. Very different. I’m loving how they turned out.
These two dark gray end tables are now for sale in my Shop.
