My husband and I started making homemade wine last year. We took a wine making class and purchased the supplies that would allow us to make six gallons of wine at a time. I love Chianti wine and it’s actually been incredibly convenient having the bottles on hand, especially during the holidays when you need so many gifts. The only problem is that I have to find a place to store the large plastic bucket and six gallon glass jug.
The bucket and jug have been just sitting by my front entryway table as I’ve search high and low for an extra-large basket with a cover to camouflage them.
I just haven’t been able to find one I love at a reasonable price. Then I remembered I found one years ago at the Christmas Tree Shops. It’s actually a clothes hamper, but it’s nicer than any other basket I’ve seen recently and it was only $20 at the time. So off to the CTS I went on Saturday.
Unfortunately I didn’t find the basket I was looking for, but I was pleasantly surprised at the styles of home decor the CTS now carried. They reminded me of items you’d find at Homegoods, Pier One, Pottery Barn, and Crate & Barrel.
Take a look at these surprising CTS finds…
Happy Shopping!
