We’re just about finished with our Christmas shopping in our house. It was a very practical year. Clothes, shoes, a few other necessities and, of course, chocolate. Every year someone in the family gets something a little bigger than the others. Something useful. This year, my teenage son is the lucky one.
My son has been asking for a sofa for his bedroom since last Christmas. He has two rocker gaming chairs, but rarely uses them and being that they are smaller pieces, they make the room feel cluttered.
He really wanted something more comfortable and more adult to sit on. Since I’m all about creating cozy spaces with fewer pieces of furniture, I didn’t object to replacing the two smaller gaming chairs with one larger, cozy sofa. After a bit of online comparison shopping we found a small sofa in the shape and color he wanted that didn’t break the budget.
This 61″ Serta RTA Copenhagen Loveseat was just $256.91 on Wayfair. It also comes in a longer 73″ length. It shipped free and arrived in just two days! They are definitely doing things right at Wayfair.
While searching for the sofa, I found quite a few things other pieces that I LOVED – pieces that are practical, beautiful, and would add a touch of comfort to a home. So, of course, I’m sharing them with you…
I fell in love with this Roseanne chair as soon as I saw it. Imagine sinking into this chair with your favorite plaid blanket watching Hallmark movies and sipping on hot chocolate (well…. Ovaltine for me since it’s caffeine-free) on a snowy day. And that fabric! It looks soooo soft. Oh yes, this one will eventually replace my two hand-me-down side chairs we have in our living room now.
Ever since I found the $29 pendant lamp at HomeGoods and the Odie Pendant Light for over our kitchen island, I’ve had a thing for bronze pendant lights. You don’t realize how much warmth a light like this can add to a room until you have one.
And the pendant light over our kitchen sink is practical too. I never realized how dark the space was until I added this warm light.
This desk chair is pretty and makes me want to work. It makes me want to redecorate my office space. Which, by the way, is on the list of to-do’s.
If you’ve been reading my posts on Entri Ways for a while, you probably realize by now that I have a thing for tables. There are more tables in my home than seating. I really need to refrain, but even with the straight lines and hard surface, the warm wood tables say “home” and “history” to me.
There are thousands more options on Wayfair. So if you haven’t been able to quite finish your Christmas shopping for friends and family or if you have and it’s time to teat yourself, you may want to check out Wayfair.
