Is your home Thanksgiving-ready? Have you already begun cleaning, decluttering, and decorating to make your home presentable for the upcoming holidays? If you’re like me, you’re already evaluating your home and thinking about adding a few new decorative items to freshen it up. Today’s red grain sack style table runners may be just what you need.
Like the rest of our home, our holiday decorating style is pretty minimal. Over the years, I’ve paired down the seasonal items we bring out to just a few carefulyl chosen favorites. Items that add a little holiday color but don’t clutter the home.
One of the areas I love to decorate though is our dining room table so I always have a colorful table runner set out at the holidays. I thought you may too, so while I was sewing the two table runners for the kids’ Thanksgiving table I finished up yesterday, I also made two red grain sack style table runners for an adults’ table.
The fabric resembles a red striped grain sack. It’s a casual, comfortable style that can go from Thankgiving to Christmas and New Years without missing a beat.
You’ll find similar fabrics on Amazon HERE, this ticking fabric HERE, and this table cloth HERE.
The first table runner is a full 114 inches long – plenty of length for that extra-long family dining table.
The second runner is smaller at 41 inches. Perfect for a smaller table or individual placemats around at each seat.
This smaller runner is also perfect to decorate the top of a sideboard where it can hold those Thanksgiving desserts.
These two table runners are now for sale in the Entri Ways’ online Shop.

I love grain sack designs and so these table runners really caught my eye. There is something so fresh and yet so classic about them, too!
