At some point we all need to take a step back and take a little time to think. We need to evaluate in order to reorganize and reprioritize so we know we’re headed in the right direction and toward the future we want.

There have been some changes I’ve been wanting to make to Entri Ways for a long time to better serve you. The main one being to add an official “Home” page to my blog to more easily navigate the topics. That’s why I’ve been working to refinish and refine the site layout and the content so you can more easily find the information you need.
It all came down to two things and you’re likely here for one (or both) of these:
The new site layout allows you to easily navigate to your preferred topic and then to quickly choose the sub-topic you need at the moment. My goal is to create a reference guide full of tutorials that you’ll be able to return to for years.
I actually put off writing this post for a few weeks because I wanted the new site to be perfect for you. But you know what? It’s not. I still have lots of pages to add, images to adjust, and text to edit. I’m sure I’ll be adjusting the colors and the fonts and may even create a new Entri Ways logo. But it’s a process and if any of us are held up by perfection, then we have to get over that; otherwise we’ll be paralyzed because nothing is ever perfect!
But it can still be great… and incredibly useful… and informative… and worth sharing.
So here it is folks! Now let’s talk about the new layout and what you’ll see moving forward.

Under this topic you’ll learn how to create a comfortable home with refinished furniture. You’ll learn where to find pre-owned furniture to refinish, how to choose the perfect pieces, how to customize those pieces for your home and to your style, and then how to place them in a room so the space functions and flows the way you need it to.
We’ll also talk a lot about refining your home. Before you even think about bringing any “new” furniture pieces into your home, you need to refine. This means planning the space, defining it’s use, style, and feel, and clearing away the clutter in your home (and mind) to make the space for these new pieces in your life.
Occasionally I’ll throw in some life wisdom posts and maybe even a few (mostly) gluten-free recipes that I’ve learned to ward off an autoimmune disease (Hashimotos, hypothyroid). But, overall we’ll be talking about refinishing and refining.
Here are the topics you’ll find under Refinished Home:
School Fundraising

For those of you that first stepped into Entri Ways for the expert school fundraising tutorials, there’s an entire section dedicated for you. And you’ll want to stick around because there are some incredible, unique fundraisers coming up. I’m just about finished filming an entire series on how to market a school fundraiser for success. Take it from this marketing expert, it’s so much more than putting up a few flyers and sending out a few emails. I take you far beyond that!
And I’m bringing back my original academic challenge fundraiser. This was a program I created when my three kids were in elementary school. Our little school of just 200 students raised $13,000 in just two weeks! And I’m going to show you exactly how we did it.
Under the School Fundraising topic, you’ll also find templates to save you time and brain power. Templates for things like Sample Fundraising Letters and Cash Calendar Raffles.

I’ve had an Instagram account for years, but never really used it. Well, that’s going to change. I absolutely love how it suddenly becomes a photo album of my favorite furniture makeovers and an easy, concise way to share them with you. If you’re on Instagram, let’s connect or you can see the latest in my Instagram feed at the bottom of the Home page.
I’m back and hope you’ll stick around for all of the information and inspiration Entri Ways has to offer. I apologize for going quiet for so long, but it was necessary in order for me to better serve you – which makes me happy.
