Watermelon is my absolute favorite food! It's sweet, refreshing, and crunchy yet melts in your mouth. It's tastes like cotton candy but way more delicious and healthy. I eat so much of it, I'm not quite sure I could make it through a summer without watermelon. So how is it that it took me so long to discover watermelon cucumber salad?
